VERALYT is an AI-powered financial intelligence and tax preparation software platform. We provide tools for aggregating financial data, categorizing transactions, simulating tax scenarios, and facilitating tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
3. No Professional Tax Advice
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: VERALYT provides software and AI-assisted information for educational and preparatory purposes. We are a technology company, not a certified public accounting firm or a registered tax advisor. While our systems are designed with high precision based on current tax law, you acknowledge that the final responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and filing of your tax returns rests solely with you.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). We also offer a "Found Money" service, where a commission fee may be charged based on tax savings explicitly identified by our systems, subject to your approval.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide to the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ARCHETYPE ORIGIN DYNAMICS INC., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; including any penalties or interest assessed by tax authorities.
